PRESENT PERFECT SIMPLE
We use the past participle to talk about actions or situations that finished in the past. We use the present perfect to talk about actions or situations that started in the past and continue in the present, or when we are not specifying a time.
STRUCTURE: Subject+have/has+past participle.
Examples: Helena and Elena have done this blog.
We usually use alredy, just and yet in the present perfect tense.
JUST: It means a short time ago; something that you have recently done.
Examples: I have just bought a sandwich
She has just finished her homework.
ALREADY: It's used to say something has happened early.
Examples: I have already sent the letter.
Maria del Mar has already explained the lesson.
YET: It's used to talk about something which is expected to happen. It is use in questions and negatives.
Examples: Have you seen the new film yet?
No, I haven't seen it yet.

PRESENT PERFECT CONTINUOUS
It is refered to actions or situations that started in the past and continue in the present when we want to emphasize the duration ;and actions or situations that finished recently and have an effect on thr present.
STRUCTURE: Subject+have/has+been+verb in -ing.
Examples: For the last year,I have been living in Seville.
He has been working all day.
PAST PERFECT SIMPLE
We use the past perfect with the past simple to show that actions or situations happened before other actions or situations.
STRUCTURE: Subject+had+past participle.
Examples: When I arrived at the party, Gemma had already left.
Cristina went to visit Lola but she had gone out.
PAST PERFECT CONTINUOUS
It is refered to actions or situations that happened over a period of time in the past before other actions or situations.
STRUCTURE: Subject+had+been+verb in -ing.
Examples: Before Dani started camping in the forest, he had been living in a comfortable flat.
My mum was tired when I got home because she had been working all day.
